Bianca Metz
Bianca MetzBusiness Development & Sales
Bianca is a driving force behind the Tiny Home movement in Ontario. Working with government and industry to advocate and educate for affordable housing options, she has single-handedly influenced ADU bylaws and policy across the province to accommodate tiny homes. For the last 6 years she has built The Giving Tree Consulting to help people understand their options for tiny homes. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table – best of all – her family lives in a 240 sqft partially off grid tiny home, and will work with our clients on designing their perfect small space. Bianca is also the Founder and Producer of the Tiny Home Show – Sustainable Spaces & Small Homes Expo.
Justin Massecar
Justin MassecarArchitectural Designer
Justin brings 10 years of experience in architectural design and building code compliance. Justin’s diverse background and experience has encouraged him to specialize in multi-residential conversions, detached accessory dwellings (tiny homes), secondary suites and residential renovations. Justin’s experience includes time as a building official with the City of Guelph, Kitchener and RSM Building Consultants; a private code consulting firm providing training, plans examination and inspection support for municipalities. When he is not involved in the never ending project of his own house construction, he’s working with the teams at MW Drafing & Design and Ontario Tiny Homes to provide architectural design and drafting services for homeowners, contractors, builders and property developers. Justin’s passion for sustainability, strong technical knowledge and site experience provide a holistic design experience for their customers.
Gary Harp
Gary HarpEarthworks & Site Services
Gary brings over two decades of expertise in construction to the table, with a focus on crafting outdoor living spaces, patios, walkways, and more with his business, Full Bucket Contracting. He’s also mastered the utilization of helical piers as a Postech Screw Piles installer, he offers a smart alternative for projects that don’t require a basement, streamlining construction with minimal disruption. Gary is committed to creating inviting exteriors, ensuring septic systems run smoothly, and aligning with your vision to transform your house into a home where satisfaction is guaranteed. In addition to his work, he actively participates in community events and continuously improves his skills through seminars and training. Gary values collaboration with clients, prioritizing clear communication and education on the construction process to ensure peace of mind throughout your project.
Daryl Borden
Daryl BordenConstruction Manager
Daryl began his construction background more then 18 years ago in the commercial sector. Within the first year he was able to establish himself as a lead hand in which attention to detail, timelines and managing work crews was essential. Within the last 8 years Daryl has put his focus into the residential side of things as Founder of Wash N Go Pro, where he has executed his strengths of identifying and envisioning the true potential of homes through renovations to maximize their full potential and value. Through this journey Daryl has always taken pride in his final product and problem solving. This is where he found his true passion in multi-family conversions, first with investors looking to add to their portfolio then homeowners looking for easier ways to live. Daryl is also Co-Owner of The Training Station in Simcoe, Ontario
