Discovery Call & Feasibility Assessment
FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR YOUR GOAL & BUDGET
Our design team completes a high level site assessment to make sure your property is suitable for an ADU or secondary suite and work to find the best solution for your property and budget.
We then complete a detailed site assessment, measure your property with a laser camera and generate a 3D rendering which serves as the basis model for our entire team to work from, which eliminates discrepancies and reduces site visits.
We then provide a high level budget and discuss best options to match your budget with your goals.
Phase 2
Design Development & Project Proposal
DRAWINGS, APPLICATION & DETAILED OUTLINE
We create your certified BCIN architectural drawings, or select one of our permit-ready stock ADU (tiny home) plans.
Drawings are completed in consultation with our in-house construction team, incorporating your goals with your budget, costs, requirements etc.
We then lead you through the various stages of your building permit application, including meetings with your municipality, and if needed, conservation authorities, Ministry of Transportation, hydro etc.
Phase 3
Construction & Project Management
CONTRACTING & COORDINATION OF SERVICES
Our in-house team will start digging, putting in services, foundations, framing etc., project managing and coordinating all sub contractors and utilities.
The Suite Builders Difference: our construction team is always in direct communication with our design team, resolving issues efficiently and making sure everything is going smoothly, including any changes or updates from the municipality, working with building inspectors etc., ensuring everybody is satisfied.
Phase 4
Project Completion & Handover
CONTRACTING & COORDINATION OF SERVICES
We do our own inspections in-house (fully certified) to make sure that our project meets and exceeds all building code requirements.
Once the entire project has met or exceeded our exacting standards and legal requirements, we will proudly hand it over to you to begin renting out.
